Emotional well-being refers to the feelings of our students, how to recognize them, express them, and how to face them in a way that contributes to an assertive way of expressing them.

It is an integrative model that allows the personal and social development of students to be enhanced, through their character strengths.

Objectives and achievements

The objectives set must be made known to the students, awakening their interest and curiosity, while at the same time they must be measurable, verifiable and with the purpose of applying it to their daily life.

Physical well-being

Working as a team allows them to discover their strengths for themselves, develop tolerance, learn to make decisions, understanding, competitiveness, in addition to all the benefits of physical development towards the body, the growth of its muscles and bones.

Significant learning

Over more than three decades we have proven that learning through experience is what is carried intrinsically forever. That is why our curricular plan involves students in their constant and active academic participation.

Full attention

Mindfulness: This ancient practice is about being completely aware of what is happening in the moment, everything that is happening inside you and everything that is happening around you. Through meditation it is the process through which students observe and become aware of what is happening at every moment in their body and mind, accepting the experiences that are presented exactly as they are.

Well-being and comprehensive development

We have a psychology team to detect the individual needs of our students, in the academic, social and/or emotional area, and then channel them to the corresponding specialist.

Accompaniment of teachers and collaborators

The teaching and management staff have the necessary preparation to accompany our students in the needs that their parents consider, with the aim of growing together and working as a team for continuous improvement.
